Cam/mis integrated manufacturing system for steel structure parts production

There is a lot of repetitive work, so it also brings opportunities for mistakes and it is difficult to shorten the technical preparation cycle. As the main means for designers to provide data is still blueprints, the quality requirements for the proportion of CAD drawings are not high. It is difficult for setting out or production designers to directly use CAD drawings, and it is still difficult to fundamentally solve the problem of drawing size and process, and it is difficult to improve the efficiency of the subsequent process

the main difference between stage 3 and stage 2 is that design drawings include CAD graphics of part drawings and various attribute data, which are shared between designers, process and production designers, NC cutting programmers and even production organization managers by using computer networks and databases. Therefore, it can minimize the time and errors in the data transmission process of the traditional working mode. Because the staff of the next process needs to directly use the CAD drawings and various attribute data provided by the staff of the previous process in the computer, it puts forward strict requirements for the accurate size proportion of the design drawings and part drawings. In the design and production design stages, it is closely combined with the management information system to form a cad/cam/mis integrated man-machine system, which means that each staff member is responsible for the data entered by himself in the computer, and only himself is responsible for input, modification and deletion. Combining with the management information system means tapping the production potential that may exist in the end. Pave the way for maximizing benefits

we have done some work in establishing a computer-aided cam/mis integrated system for steel structures. Sscam version 2.0, an integrated manufacturing system software for computer-aided manufacturing and auxiliary management of CNC cutting of steel structures and other sheet parts, has been preliminarily developed. Sscam is developed under the background of a large multi variety and small batch heavy machinery steel structure production unit. As the first-line production staff engaged in NC cutting and processing programming, Jin min developed spray free materials such as ABS, PP, pc/asa and pc/abs. When using the NC flame cutting machine and its supporting software Columbus from ESAB company in Germany, he had a deep understanding of the NC cutting machine and Columbus software, and absorbed its advantages to develop his own sscam system. Sscam is suitable for manufacturers that use flame, plasma, laser, high-pressure water and other CNC cutting processes to produce steel plates or other plate parts
